Very good, comprehensive, slow-motion shots to help demonstrate as well as clips from applications in competition. Very practical – goes right into 50 or so sparring techniques. Does not cover general principles of training, etc. but that’s fine. This is very practical.

Excellent coaching video. Master Kim covers 50 counterattacking techniques throughout this video together with competition footage showing the techniques demonstrated in action. Very useful for anybody training for WTF full contact tournament. Each technique covered is executed several times and cross examined with the master’s own opinion on how it needs to be executed.
