The cup slides into a pocket in the front of the brief. The brief itself is very stretchy. There is a sizing chart on the Shock Doctor website. My son is just turning 4, and he wears the PeeWee Regular. I’ll definitely buy more.

I bought 2 different colors of this item in small but when I got them they are a bit big, I had to hem the pants to make it a bit short. Other than that I think it’s really comfortable. I wish I know what the logos means though.
